I see a lot of people are posting stunts and not pranks. When you say you want pranks does it have to litterally be a prank or can it be a stunt?

what type of budget would be good to keep in mind when coming up with ideas.

Does it have to be shot in LA or could it be shot elsewhere if the idea requires it?
