First of all find or borrow a bull.
Then get a big red sheet/cloth and tie it to something. Then use something to get it shaking(like a giant blow dryer).
Get 5-7 crew members behind the sheet/cloth.
Unleash the bull and let it run through the sheet with the crew behind it.
