Pretty easy person is driving on a busy road with a lot of pedestrians.  

2nd person stops him, he stops he throws him out of the car, beats the driver up, steals the car.

the first person now, acting all beaten up and shaken asks for a cell phone from a by stander and asks if he can make a call.

and he starts talking BS talk like "hey matt whats up, what u doing wana meet up for a movie, and doesn't stop until the cell phone owner gets annoyed"
