Find a very tall hotel and arrange for remote control of the elevator system ...so that it actually freeefalls and can up n down like a super bungie via a remote pad. 

Early morning before breakfast the phyco hotel owner (actor) calls down a jackass to meet a family member, friend or college at reception.   (This is 8am after a night drinking)

The jackass goes out to the landing area to catch the lift. At this same time we cut to knoxville holding the remote down stairs in the basement ...trying not to laugh too hard in case his voice  vibrates up the very tall elevator shaft lol : ) Finally The freefall elevator arrives to take our hollywood movie star down to reception. ...door closes ,  ground floor is selected. ....lift door closes ...lift pauses ....stutters........jutters.....strange noises ....then suddenly without warning  (fast cut back to knoxville hiting the red remote button)....The lift buzzer Sirens BEEEP BEEEP BEEEP BEEEP BEEEPP BEEEP  

"WTF??"

....LIFT HITS FREEFALL!!!!>>>>>>>

""WAHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhHhhhhelp ........POOP .pOOp...AAHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...breath ....hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....BANG!!"

The lift hits the floor at a very reasonable force ( not so to snap the spine, but enough to make an emotional impact )  Jackass is now locked in the lift , he hits the intercom help button for the phyco hotel support manager ( previously introduced  so its not to odd or gives the game away that this is a totally nutty prank)....."helllo?? The f***** lift broke on me!!    ello??   ( could be brandon DiCamillo ) What you want?"  The freaking lift broke!" ." What? You broke my lift!? You pay for it!!! You pay!!".  Open the F**in door dude!!" 

When the fake fire department try and get the jack ass out....That's when the lift goes into bungie mode.!! knoxville at the remote ...UP and DOWN ...UP AND DOWN!!!! hahhaha : P 

You can set this up time and time again for each jackass , if it is performed early enough, as you then just call them out of bed to reception. : )
