Well the title kinda expains the main idea for this. Theres no need for a paternity test for this one. Pretty simple, but funny idea. You need to find somone thats having a baby, it would be awesome if it was one of the Jackass guys, but anyways when they're in the delivery room the doctor will say they're having complications and the father has to wait outside. He'll wait for a while and then the nurses and doctors will walk out with their heads down with like a oh shit look on their faces and one can even say oh shit or something. The father will be wondering what the fuck is going on and the main delivery doctor will say its ok for him to go in and see his wife and the child. When he goes in there he'll see his wife holding a black baby. That'll piss off and trick a guy pretty damn good ha. When he leaves for "complications" just switch the babies for a second ha. So yeah, it'll be like she cheated on him with a black guy. A prank that lasted 9 months ha.
