Simple stunt that I've always thought Steve-O should do:
Eat a lot, until he's about to throw up, and go on a wild ride (preferably in Six Flags or Knott's Berry Farm), and see how much he can take. There can be cameras where he's seated and have Bam, Ehren, and Chris standing below Steve-O to catch his puke.
