Someone eats a large dinner, waits 30 mins than pukes it all out, 2 or 3 unlucky cast members have to eat the puke on a plate in 20 minutes. They fail and they have to have the nasty after-taste in their mouths for the rest of the day. They succeed and they get a bucket full of mouthwash and a week at the best beach in the country.
